The rooms at Hotel City Palace are absolutely stunning! They are beautifully decorated with a touch of elegance that makes you feel like royalty. They have a warm and cozy ambiance that instantly puts you at ease. As someone with a disability, I really appreciate the spacious layout and the thoughtful design that caters to my needs.

Personally, I found the lighting in the room to be a bit dim, but hey, that's just my preference. Others may still find it charming and romantic.

The food at lunsj and dinner was very good.

During my stay, I had a great time exploring the beautiful region and enjoying the nearby attractions. The hotel's location was perfect for me, as I could easily take a relaxing stroll by the lake or try out some delicious local dishes in a nearby restaurant. The room was clean and spacious, and I particularly enjoyed the balcony that offered amazing views of my surroundings. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of food. The hotel also had great facilities such as an outdoor pool and parking.

Although everything at the hotel was great, the elevator was a bit old and could use some renovations.

our recent stay in arco was amazing, but palace hotel citta made it even better. the location was perfect, close to the beautiful center. the staff was kind and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. the free bikes were a great bonus for exploring the surroundings. overall, a wonderful experience.
